    Purchasing a car at Kunkle's yesterday with you as our salesman was a very pleasant experience.  I am thrilled to have the 2012 Subaru Impreza!  What a great car!  Rick and I have bought more cars than we can count (not an exaggeration) and Monday's experience with you was the most enjoyable we've had. 
   Randy, you were the first salesman we have ever had sit down with us first and ask us about our family, our vehicle needs, and driving habits.
 
  You really helped us to pick the right vehicle for our needs. We went in thinking we wanted a used Legacy or  Outback, but I'm sure we will be so happy with the 2012 Impreza.  You, Vicki, and the rest of New Team Kunkle's did an excellent job winning our business back.  We're going to be needing a fourth car, yes, FOURTH in May/June, and we will definitely coming back to you!

  Today's bad weather was an excellent test of the vehicle's capabilities, though I have to admit feeling a little guilty about driving such a nice car on such a commute.  The car was surefooted through standing water on the Turnpike.  I was cautious, but very comfortable.  I'm sure the car's abilities will help alleviate some, if not all, of the anxiety I sometimes feel driving the PA turnpike 112 miles every day.

  By the way, I have to say how pleased I am with the gas mileage so far - the avg miles per gallon display read 48 MPG!!!!  Amazing - that was while driving according to weather conditions - around 60 to 62 miles per hour.

     I want to take a moment to let you know about the outstanding experience we had yesterday at Kunkles in Delmont, Pa. My husband and   I  went comparison shopping for a new car and came home with a 2010 Forester.

    The entire staff at Kunkles went above and beyond.I have been in mgmt. for over 30 years and customer service is always my #1 priority.      Well, I experienced some of the best ever last night.
 No one put us under any "hard sell" pressure, but let us know they were there for us.Extra kudos needs to go to Jim Brown ( our salesman) He was very knowledgeable and went out of his way to make sure we were happy.

   He answered all questions, even some we didn't ask, and spent a lot of time explaining the boxer engine to us, ( and I think I actually understand )
I also need to acknowledge Vickie in fiance.Have you ever laughed the entire time you were signing papers that would put you in debt for 5 years? Well we did. Many companies say they treat their customers like family, But we have found one that means it. We have found the only dealership we will ever use.
